A Passion for Precision, Esthetics, and Excellence
I grew up surrounded by orthodontics. My father, Dr. Llaca, has spent over 40 years transforming smiles and perfecting treatments. That is why I believe that orthodontics is about mastering the details that make all the difference.
As I advanced in my clinical experience, I recognized a challenge many orthodontists face: how to refine finishes, improve efficiency, and gain full control over treatment outcomes.
That’s why I created LLACA Masterclass—a space where science meets art, designed to help Orthodontists achieve exceptional, predictable results through functional occlusion and esthetic planning.
My journey in orthodontics
A Career Built on Excellence & Innovation
I earned my degree in Dentistry from the University of Oviedo and specialized in Orthodontics at the Complutense University of Madrid. My pursuit of advanced knowledge led me to clinical residencies at UCONN, UCLA, and the FACE Program on Advanced Functional Occlusion.
My dedication to excellence in orthodontics has been recognized with awards such as the Juan Carol Award for Best First Communication at the 63rd National SEDO Congress. Beyond clinical practice, I actively share my expertise through lectures and training, helping orthodontists worldwide elevate their skills and achieve superior, more predictable outcomes.

Then came the moment that changed everything.
I travelled to the US and had the opportunity to learn from Dr. Stuart Frost. That’s when I understood what true finishing excellence meant.
That’s when I understood that orthodontics isn’t just science—it’s art. It’s not about blindly following protocols; it’s about developing a vision, understanding passive self-ligation at a deeper level, and designing smiles that last a lifetime.
Throughout my career, I have trained with some of the world’s leading orthodontic experts, including Dr. Stuart Frost, Dr. Dwight Damon, Dr. Tom Pitts, Dr. Arnett, Dr. Sarver, Dr. Spear, Dr. Won Moon, Dr. Nanda, among others.
My goal is to share what I’ve learned so YOU can gain confidence, make better treatment decisions, and create long-lasting, exceptional smiles—one smile at a time.
